Breast Cancer Stage 2A

Asked for Female, 54 Years

Hi, My mother is diagnosed with stage 2A breast cancer. Surgeon suggested to remove left breast and MRM operation is already done to remove left breast completely. So as a next step I want to know how many chemotherapy sessions she has to take. Also is radiation required for stage 2A breast cancer? I have attached IHC, ER, PR, HER-2 reports. Please find the attachments. Thanks
