Bouts of crying and hopelessness since past two months. Completely normal in between. Not sure if related to exam stress. Never happened during exams before. Scared about the future and helpless to change it. Tired all the time. Had three episodes of similar complaints each lasting 3-4 days in the past year. Never before that. Do I need to seek professional help?
