Entercorrocus fecalis in semen

The problem i am facing is legs pain and the main culprit is..when i wake up in the morning ,my undererar is damp with nothing to see..when i can feel its already wet with clear water...i got semen tested and rrpoert showed 10-15 pus cells with that bacteria i have alreafy mentioned ...is the leg pain related to it ..i have already taken many antibiotics..none worked...please help me ...currently i am taking adel 21 homeopathic drops for prostatis
