My shedule is as follows
Warming up
Skipping for 20 mins
Running of 2 to 4 kms
Still my weight remains the same and increases if i skip one day.

Hello dear very good evening. Good to see that you're concerned for your body and health. But being concerned or awared only doesn't help. Let's say you do 1 hour of training, but what about those 23 hours rest in a day? The food you have at home after that gives you the 90+% results. Without proper diet and nutrition in your daily routine you'll end up losing muscles, imbalance in metabolism and no weight loss. Need not to worry.
