My father has a grade 2 enlarged prostate gland.
Around two weeks back his urine wasn't coming out. Then he got a cathedral and started taking Rapilif 8 mg daily at night.
His PSA test was 3.8 , which is normal.
USG test was normal baring the enlarged prostate gland.
He isn't diabetic. He take blood pressure medicine and ecosprin daily. Around 16 year ago he had a by pass heart surgery.
Overall blood test is normal except the
creatinine is on the borderline.
It's around two days that the cathedral has been removed and his urine coming out smoothly.
Shall we go for a TURP surgery or consuming the medicine would be sufficient ?
