Enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes
I have enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in right iliac fossa for past 2 months with severe pain on my right side pelvic area, pubic area upper thigh and back. Hiv, hcv, hbsag were negative. Couldn't diagnose why? What could  be the possible problems?

Mesentric LN can be enlarged due to infection or  inflammation, local or general. common cause of mesentric lymphadinitis is viral but other infection may too cause enlargement, including cancerous tumours. you had US done, i suppose ,to be told that you had LN enlargement.? Tuberculosis is also one of the cause.
