I can see some enlargement in her breast. Is it fyn or something that I need to worry about. She has no pain or any other issues.

Engagement of breast buds at this age require thorough evaluation about any intraabdominal harmone secreting tumours. If it's negative.. Need not worry... Thanks

Enlargement of breast means thelarche. It is highly unlikely in this age group. I suggest you first confirm thelarche by showing to a local pediatrician. Regards
