  4. Engorged breast. Issues since pregnancy.

Engorged breast
I have been facing engorged breast past 3 days which was mild. Since morning it's painful latch and got fever also 101.4. I have phlegm issues since pregnancy.

With the mentioned symptoms u have to be started with antibiotics. Fever could be there with engorged breasts. But still need some details.
