Enema detox
Is water enema safe to detox? What are the various types of full body detoxification treatments in ayurveda? I would like to undergo a complete body detox. Please advise the different treatments. I'm based in Bangalore.

Very excellent thought to detox your body but current season is not proper for the panchakarma because now it is so hot. 1) vaman 2) virechana 3) basti 4) nasya 5) raktmoxan It is the proper sequence of the karma for detox body so when will you do plz do it in this sequence. According to Ayurveda daily water enema is not safe. Sometimes you can take it but daily not advisable.

Ayurveda has 5 different detoxification therapy called as panchakarma. 1) basti. 2)vaman 3) virechan 4) raktamokshan 5) nasya. You have to do it in nearby authentic ayurved clinic or hospital . Water enema will not help u  as basti . because we used different herbal decoction & oils in basti
