Enema procedure
I  have a constipation issue most frequently. So., i searched on internet. And found enema. I have not done it before. Is enema is safe ?. Should i add oil also in water?. Best time to do?? Any side effects??

Hello dear, Even Enema is safe yet U should perform the procedure in presence of Any physician or other professional ,best time is morning,U can take Triphala Churna 1 tsf at night with Lukewarm water, also isabgol 2-3 tsf at bedtime
