I am trying to be pregnant. Last I checked in November..USG of uterus is normal, endometrium thickness is 3.7mm on day 21 of period. My periods are normal with 3 days of bleeding .. rest all parameters are normal. I am on thyronorm tablet, aspirin(had a miscarriage before) and duphaston. Should I get treated for endometrium thickness. I timed intercourse using ovulation kits this month already

You had endometrial thickness of 3.7 mm on the day 21 of the cycle. That is too less.
You are also taking Duphaston tablet. You didn't specify for how many days in a month you are taking Duphaston.
That also reduces endometrial thickness.
