I'm in endometriosis stage 4 I Hv heavy bleeding with big clots, doctor started me with rumigest capsules it's 2 months now but when I get my periods bleeding lasts for 15 days I Hv to tk pause mf to stop bleeding, can u help me.

If you are not responding to oral medications then you need to be on injectables.
Lots of injection are available for endometriosis .
However you need to consult a local gynaecologist near you for that
