I just read an ayurveda article saying:
1. Overindulgence in sexual intercourse.
2.Having coitus in abnormal position.
Can cause endometriosis.
Is this true that more sexual activity in females causes endometriosis?

There is ko particular reason of endometriosis. It's a back flow of blood during menstruation. There are so many reasons.

Emdometriosis develop due to implantation of baby apart from inside uterus...due to vata prakop (due to excess sexual.intercourse) the implantation in proper position can get affected

Both the points you mentioned have a role in increasing the Vata Dosha of the body.
Your first point can be answered as a no if diet and lifestyle are correct
But having intercourse in abnormal positions can have multiple affects on your body including increased vata dosha.
And Vata dosha increase can lead to many diseases including various inflammatory conditions.
