A 5cm cyst in the ovary was removed with laparoscopic surgery. But a cyst of same size has been observed within six months. Is there any solution to it? Is it true that endometriosis caused infertility??

Hi, treatment of endometriosis, each case is done on its own merit. Repeat surgery or medicines only your treating doctor should decide. I advise you to have frank discussion with your Gynaecologist and start treatment
