hello there, Planning a pregnancy can be very challenging, needs more elucidation and as you mentioned 16mm at CD14(cycle day 14) ......it is not abnormal. In the context of fertility, a 16mm endometrial thickness is considered normal and healthy, indicating a sign of good environment for implantation.
Next Steps
Consult for detailed prescription.

A 16mm follicle on Cycle Day 14 is not abnormal—in fact, it indicates that the follicle is approaching mature size for ovulation (usually 18–22mm). A shorter cycle and reduced flow occasionally may happen due to stress, hormonal fluctuations, or lifestyle factors. This does not mean infertility—but if you're planning for pregnancy, it’s ideal to monitor ovulation pattern for a couple of cycles. Please consult me for precise Ayurvedic support to regulate cycles, improve ovulation, and optimize conception naturally.
