I hve endometrial polyp its 2*2mm....please tell what is the symptoms.....i have irregular vaginal brown discharge every 10 days and 20 days....light bleeding....mensuration cramps....lower abdomen k niche wali line pr zor b pdta hai:....please tell what is actual symptoms of polyp
