Continue to check fbs ppbs and HbA1c every 3 months. Also important to check his blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Ensure he doesnt gain weight. Diabetes can be controlled by lifestyle modifications in many cases

Diet and exercise seems to have helped in controlling diabetes. His FBS,ppbs and a1c are within targets. Continue doing life style changes and keep a track on glycemic parameters. If any of the above parameters crosses the normal levels, he should start taking medications.
