Enamel Erosion
My lower front tooth enamel broke last night. It has became sensitive and I cant drink or eat anything hot or cold. It is paining sometimes. The back side of the tooth is broken which caused cut in my tongue. It is very uncomfortable. What should I do?

It seems pulp of the tooth is exposed due to fracture which is causing pain. Also the sharpness of the broken tooth is hurting your tongue. It's best to get root canal of the tooth followed by crown placement.
