Emptiness in lower molars
Whenever I eat something with my molars, lower jaw, the food gets stuck there & it pains. also, there is a black spot on the gum now from last few days. What could it be ?

Visit dentist and get x ray done. If caries is not involving pulp you can get dental fillings done and if pulp is involved you may need root canal treatment and crown.
