The first thing that comes to mind is;
Is your wife pregnant and she got a sonography done for foetal wellbeing in which all the findings described are found on the foetus?
Or
Your wife is not pregnant and she had some problems due to which sonography of the abdomen (abdominal wall) was done .
Please consult a Gynaecologist with full information on these issues.
