Elevated IOP due to thin cornea

Question

Asked for Male, 26 Years

My corneal thickness is 480 microns. Have power of -6 My IOP measured is around 15. Due to less corneal thickness, rectified IOP is 21 or 22. Optic nerve looks suspicious of glaucoma as there is very mild damage. My glaucoma doctor that i am glaucoma suspect and don't need drops as of now. Does this mean I will definitely develop glaucoma in the future? If so, after how many years?

It's better to get OCT RNFL and Perimetry test done which will test for the structure and function of the optic nerve respectively before making a diagnosis of Glaucoma. If these tests are positive, antiglaucoma drops should be started.
