Elevated HGB / HCT for 2 Years
From last 2023, I have seen my HGB always ranges between 16 to 17 and HCT stays between 48-50%. This has been the case for past two years. I have been to haematologist with EPO ranging from 6 to 12 time to time and negative MPN reflex panel.
I am an otherwise healthy 29 year old male with no other symptoms or medical history.
Is this normal?
Do I need to visit another haematologist?
