In recent times , I have seen some YouTube videos about electric brushes , in which they are claiming , electric brushes as superior to conventional brushes , can you please tell whether is it really preferrable to electric brush or conventional one better?Can you also suggest a good tooth paste out of many in market? .

Electric brush can be used by anyone but they are mostly indicated for people with some kind of condition where it is difficult for the person to use manual brush.
All toothpastes work the same. One should avoid Gels and use Paste
The thing to remember is one should always use a toothbrush which has medium to soft bristles, a tongue scraper on the back. The brush should be changed after 3-4 months

EleCtri brushes are better only for people who cannot brush with regular brushes . Tepe brushes soft are the best ones available . Also colgate total is a good toothpaste .
