I inflamed my elbow by overexercising triceps area...Made it worse by playing cricket and poor recovery..It's been 2-3 years...It still pains when I lift something...I have tried painkillers and physiotherapy. All seem to be temporary..

It may be due to many reasons so better is to go for proper examination by a good physiotherapist or a good orthopaedic. Keep rest and make the muscle relaxed properly. Do some stretching exercises for triceps muscle and extensor muscles of wrist. You can also go for some blood tests I.e. vitamin D and blood calcium levels. Try tab. Tendocare twice daily for 1 month. If you have Hypertension then consult your physician before starting medication.
