Since the last 2-3 months whenever I have been involved in intercourse with my partner, I have ended up ejaculating very early. This was never a problem before but now it has started occurring. I needed guidance on what I can do to make it like before because I don't feel v good about it and it's not normal for me .

New-onset premature ejaculation can be related to stress, relationship factors, or medical causes. If persistent, consult a urologist/andrologist for evaluation.

Because you were previously able to have satisfactory control and this problem has developed only over the last 2â3 months, it is more consistent with acquired premature ejaculation (PE) rather than lifelong PE. Acquired PE can be associated with performance anxiety, changes in sexual habits, relationship factors, erectile difficulties, prostatitis/pelvic symptoms or other medical factors. The good news is that a recent change in ejaculation pattern is treatable and does not mean that your sexual function is permanently impaired.
Next Steps
Rather than trying to force yourself to last longer, a proper sexual-health assessment can identify what has changed recently and whether there is any associated erection difficulty or anxiety. Behavioural approaches such as startâstop training, slower stimulation and reducing performance pressure can be helpful. If the problem remains persistent and distressing, treatment options can be discussed after assessment. For acquired PE, further evaluation may be appropriate when there is suspicion of an underlying medical, hormonal, metabolic or pelvic condition. Health Tips
Avoid repeatedly testing yourself during masturbation or intercourse to see how long you can last, as this can increase anticipatory anxiety. Practise slow, controlled stimulation with pauses before the point of ejaculation, and focus on overall sexual pleasure rather than timing. Maintain regular exercise, adequate sleep and stress management, and communicate openly with your partner. Since this is a new problem after previously normal sexual function, there is a good possibility of significant improvement once the contributing factor is identified and addressed. Thank you
