PCOD no period for last 3 months
It's been three months did not get my periods. And I took a 3 month course of novelon some 6 months back. I do have stress sometimes. Also if I stop doing physical workout I don't get it. I got corona same 3 months back and had a lot of weakness for almost 2 months thus couldn't do workout.

Your delayed periods can be due to a group of reasons like ur pcos ,novelon,stress and physical inactivity if u r over weight

First get a pregnancy test if chance of pregnancy
If not then take tablets to get period, also start with treatment for PCOD
