Ejaculating too quickly
Recently I have abstained myself from masturbating for 23 days after that when I was trying to masturbate by watching the content even before touching the penis the ejaculation occurred automatically like how it happens during the time of attaining puberty! Ever since then whenever I try to masturbate ejaculation happens  very quickly within few secs and I've also experienced a nightfall for the first time recently! This all happened after the absistence period! Can anyone explain about this issue and seek some simple solutions to fix this!

Hello, The issue as described you above is termed as premature ejaculation/early ejaculation. However judging yourself on the basis of Masturbation is not the correct way. As there is a difference between what you do with your hand and what you do in reality. Also I would personally not recommend you to do Masturbation. As Masturbation may give you temporary satisfaction but may impact your sexual life. Also you have started developing issue of premature ejaculation. However this issue is not a major cause to worry as there are medications and treatment available for the same.

Nightfall is quite natural suppose u r abstinence from masturbation or sex , as daily some homromes produce definitely suppose u will not ejaculate it it will come automatically so for that nothing to worry , Regarding timing its due to too much sensitivity of head of penis so u basically avoid any soap or shampoo apply over there , along with that do kegel exercise and daily exercise, and avoid smoking, alchol if any medicine if required

Absolutely so understand that masturbation is completely normal and you don't need to absitne yourself from it. If you don't masturbate or have sex then it's body's natural way to remove semen (sperm plus other fluids ). Thereby it's called nightfall. Nightfall won't cause any harm to health . Secondly as u didn't masturbate for so long excitement was too high so u ejaculated even before having an erection. The more you worry about this you are developing a problem for yourself. Just sit back and relax to enjoy masturbation or sex as possible for you
