I have premature ejaculation, and I am in a long-distance relationship with my girlfriend, earlier when ever we met and had sex I have never satisfied her, I get ejaculated with in 10 second's, I have never had sex properly due to premature ejaculation, and now tomorrow after 5 months we are going to met and have sex, and this time I want to make her satisfied and as well as me, it is an emergency, I have only one day, please suggest me any medicine, which is safe to take and I will be able to last long and satisfy her and my self, please help, it is a emergency, and I don't have any erection problem
