Doctor told me that my egg is repturd only in one fallopian tube. So is there any chances of pregnancy?because it is coming negative in pregnancy test kit after four days.

Egg ruptures from ovary..
And generally it ruptures only in one side for more women. And that's normal.
If u have had intercourse in the days around egg rupture.. u have chances of pregnancy .
Test may come positive after 18 days of egg rupture..
