Edema in foot and ankle
Hello doctor,since 1 week i am having pitting edema in foot and ankle i am on medication for my PCOS and thyroid.I am taking metformin,ovacet and thyronorm-50 mcg.What must be the reason plz help me...

What happens to the swelling when you get up in the morning? Do you wake up in middle of night experiencing breathlessness? Is the foot swelling painful?

Pitting edema can be due to many reasons. If your thyroid is uncontrolled, water retention, long standing hours, high bp or kidney issues, low hemoglobin
