Eczema issue
Hi, I have consulted a dermatologist for cuts, redness and puffiness in my hands especially forefinger where he said that the cuts and redness is because of eczema. However the cuts are repaired but patch of hard skin is there. Is there any way to remove those hard skin patch and make them look like normal skin. Please assist! I have attached an image of the same

I understand your concern
Sometimes the condition turn into this but still you have to be very cautious while using detergents and soaps. I would suggest you to book an appointment to get a proper treatment and advice to wear washing gloves before doing any household water works.
