Ectopic pregnancy
I'm almost a month late now. So I went to my doctor yesterday. She said that I could be pregnant. But I do not have any symptoms. I did upt multiple times all were negative. Ultrasound also did not show anything. Can this be ectopic pregnancy? I'm not having periods or any symptoms and this could be my 8th week. But I'm not sure about pregnancy. Only missing periods no other symptoms.

An ectopic pregnancy will be pick up by an ultrasound If the pregnancy test is negative and the ultrasound did not show anything why are you imagining a pregnancy that is not existing?? You can take a medicine to help you get your periods

As pregnancy test is negative and ultrasound scan is also not showing any sac then you are not pregnant.
