Ectopic or chemical pregnancy
On my 33 day of cycle which is 17th day post ovulation I bleed for one day which is brown blood then no bleeding on 2nd day so my gynic suggested beta hCG on 2nd day it was 2733 then he said your pregnant and come for usg on 16 which on 37 day of my cycle means post ovulation 22 day in usg no intra or extra sac seen in usg he also told me to do beta hCG again and result is 7.7 so I'm not understanding what does it mean please help

Probably it’s a chemical pregnancy and as the levels are reducing on its own then should not worry . But still you had very less bleeding

I'm sorry but the rapid fall in beta hcg suggests you had a chemical pregnancy that you miscarried...
