Ecp before period
Hi, I took ecp 2 days before my period date, and my period came normally after 2days, but it's 5th day today and still i have the same heavy flow as 1st day, Before this i had 5-6 days cycle, how long will this period last this time? should i be concerned? Is this because of ecp? I am worried how long will this flow last, i had a regular cycle before and never took any pill. Please Reply!

No active interference. This bleeding will stop automatically.  You should not take any hormones in the next cycle and see how the period behaves.

It might be because of the ecp, but heavy menstrual bleeding is a common side effect of ecp, so you don’t need to worry Thanks Dr Shweta
