Echogenic material found in RPOC
I recently had a medical termination .inthe rpoc scan we found that 7mm echogenic materials are seen.Another round of misoprost 200 was taken for 2 days.no bleeding .Can the dosage be increased and taken.trying to avoid d&c.what are the next steps here?

If after 2nd dose you had no bleeding then it is better you go for DnC...it should be done well in time to avoid any possible infection.

Take a course of antibiotics and other medicines can be tried..

If there is no pain or bleeding and only 7mm i usually dont do D&C.
Do pregnancy hormone test.
