RPOC after medical abortion
Hi doctor, I had a medical abortion in the 8th week of pregnancy. The doctor gave tablets, and the fetus was expelled out naturally. After three weeks TVS showed 1.8*0.9*1.6cm RPOC. After two days of RPOC i had bleeding for seven days and after sex again i had bleeding for seven days.Whether I should go for a D&C to remove it or wait for the next period, assuming it will automatically expel out? Kindly suggest.

First thing to do is to repeat the ultrasound. Since u had bleeding twice may be it could have been expelled. If still retained products are there then go for D& C
