As we don't know why you got a ECHO done and we have no idea about your medical history so worth be able to tell anything. If you just got it done for fun then the report is within walking limits. Continue your physical activity and fallow a healthy diet. It's normal. Consult a cardiologist for better evaluation and treatment.

Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. This is not very serious however not expected at Young age. Your other findings are normal in Echo. Nothing to worry.
