Eating Spicy food in pregnancy
I eat spicy food but constantly avoiding it for the baby, but today i ate extremely spicy food, I'm 10 week pregnant, is it safe for the baby ? And is carving for spicy food isn't good?

Spicy and oily food are to be avoided as it causes gastritis Eat small frequent meals and have 10-12 glasses of water . They don’t affect the baby .
