Hello Suraj, You must at the earliest consult a qualified doctor for the same. In terms of diet, skipping meals or having too much gap between meals causes gas to build up in the body preventing you from eating anything substantial giving you a nauseating feeling.
Next Steps
You must not skip meals. Have your breakfast within 2 hours of waking up. Also, most importantly, have 6-8 small but frequent meals. You can contact me on direct consult for action points.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. If your weight is fine for your height, then i would say that you are eating sufficient quantity. Over eating will lead to weight gain. Chew your food completely and then swallow. Have smaller meals. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 10 days. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
