I believe I may have anoticed eating disorder, there are limited things I eat and I find trying new things extremely difficult. I am quite skinny due to this

That might not be an eating disorder, its just that you may like few things and dislike others. Secondly dietary habits are deep seated, you cant change them overnight. So dont worry about your weight just make sure that your nutrition should be good.
Just go ahead with the foods you love and make the most of it.
