For how long does one have to wait to drink and smoke after tooth extraction to avoid chances of dry socket. Also when can one use straw to drink juice

Hello Wait atleast a week to heal the wound. Also by following medication you can have better healing effects. Also I won't suggest you to smoke back due to other health issues and it is not ethical for me or any dentist or doctor to suggest you to smoke back.
