Hello doctor ...iam suffering from gastritis acid reflux and ibs..my treatment is running,...today i stuck in mu work...so i hve to eat steamed chixken momos without chutney...i eat two momos ...than i reach home n took dinner ...my question is momos. Create any problem with my gastritis ??because it has maida....????i have no option thats why i ate it..

Yeah .
Any outside food generally avoid if you have any gastro intestinal disease because outside food is not hygienic but as you have said that you have no option to eat anything so now you have eaten then don't think any side effect of it.
