Ears blocked
My ears are blocked for the last month, it started off with common cold along with sore throat, transpiring to clogged nose and persistent cough. The cough has gone along with the clogged nose, my ears are still blocked , and i can hear a noise emanating from my ears, a type of a hissing noise.

I can understand your concern.
The hissing sound could be tinnitus.
We need to examine your ear to be able to tell what it is.
Impacted wax/ damage to ear drum could be the possibilities.
Better to get it looked at by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
