If an ultrasound scan shows 6 weeks 1 day pregnancy, there is no reason why anyone should doubt that report. You had unprotected sexual intercourse between 6 and 12 January. That means you conceived around 10 January.   ( Your ultrasound scan has been done 29 days after your intercourse. That fits nicely if we presume that you had your periods 14 -15 days earlier i.e. 25 December. But you had your periods on 10 December. So your cycle is every 42-45 days).
