This time I got my periods almost a week before. Yesterday night I was having terrible pain. What can be the reason for the same? Please advice

It's pain only or it was with bleeding PV.if it's only pain then site of pain is important treatment ll be based on history n examination.You should consult a gynecologist if it is lower abdomen pain n a surgeon if it's upper abdomen pain.
