Early period on the pill
I have been taking ovral-l since December 2021 every month and have had my period every 28 days. It always started 2 to max 3 days after the last pill. Last month, I got my period 1 day after taking the last pill which was slightly concerning but I didn't worry much. This month, I still have 2 pills remaining for Friday, 17 March and Saturday. My period tracker says my predicted period is on 21 March, Tuesday. However, I started bleeding today, even though I have 2 pills remaining. It seems my cycle is getting shorter. I had intercourse with my partner one day after the predicted ovulation day. Is there any possibility of a pregnancy here? I have NOT missed any pills this month or the last month. This is extremely concerning, so plz respond. Note: I have been under extreme mental stress and anxiety in recent months.

All pills have a small chance of failure. But if you are pregnant then you miss a period, not get them before they are due. Secondly it is very difficult to medically fine tune a woman's period to the extent that even 2-3 days deviation should not be there. I think you should not worry at present. Just keep a record of the pattern of your periods for 3 months and then consult a Gynaecologist.
