Dizziness with a BP spike in pregnancy needs quick attention, and you did the right thing calling your gynaecologist immediately and rechecking your BP.
Next Steps
Keep monitoring your BP at home for a few days and note the timing and food around any episode.
Health Tips
If dizziness, high BP, or palpitations recur, contact your gynaecologist again rather than waiting it out.

It is neither hypoglycemia nor the bitter gourd which is responsible for your symptoms
High blood pressure can give you these symptoms
You need to monitor your blood pressure and take regular medication if it is persistently more than 140 by 90
