Early morning dizziness and palpitation
I am currently 17 weeks pregnant i had bitterguard sabzi in dinner last night next morning i woke up with severe dizziness and palpitations i couldn't even sit up straight i took my bp it was 143/ 109 bpm 108 i am currently taking ecosprin 75 ans susten 300 OD i called my gynaec immediately she asked me to drink ors or lemon water and elevate legs and check bp again i drank lemonade and checked bp again after 15 mind my bp came as 111/77 bpm 70 why did this happen i am assuming hypoglycaemia by bitterguord previous night
