Hello, Let me explain you about your issue in brief - The issue as described by you above is termed as premature ejaculation. There is a possibility that the tip of your penis might have become hyper sensitive. Premature ejaculation (PE) is when ejaculation happens sooner than a man or his partner would like during sex. PE is also known as rapid ejaculation, premature climax or early ejaculation. PE might not be a cause for worry. It can be frustrating if it makes sex less enjoyable and impacts relationships. If it happens often and causes problems. However this issue is not a major cause to worry as much as there are medications and treatment available for the same. If you genuinely interested in getting your issue resolved then you can contact me directly through google on my website or contact me through Practo. Would be happy to help you. You can contact me directly through my website for online or in person consultation - https://www.drfayyazsexologyclinic.com

Hello. The problem of premature ejaculation is most common sexual problem. Fortunately it has high recovery rate through ayurvedic medications. In premature ejaculation men come out very fast, Men gets discharged either before penetration or immediately after penetration, they hardly get some strokes. So the female partner remains unsatisfied. Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates sooner during sexual intercourse than he or his partner would like. The main symptom of premature ejaculation is the inability to delay ejaculation for more than one minute after penetration. However, the problem might occur in all sexual situations, even during masturbation. The causes includes like more heat in the body, excessive sex feelings, hyper sensitivity of the penis glands, thin semen, general nerves weakness, excessive masturbation, excessive Porn watching, and High cholesterol. High blood pressure, Diabetes, Obesity, thyroid, heart problem, alcohol, Tobacco use, Sleep disorders, tension, stress etc. This problem of premature ejaculation is very much treatable. I am suggesting you some ayurvedic medicines. Take shatavaradi churan half teaspoon in the morning and one in the night, Take tablet manmath Ras one in the morning and one in the night. Take tablet Pushp dhanva Ras one in the morning and one in the night, and take tablet Sidh makardhwaj Vati with gold, one in the morning and one in the night after food. All three preferably with hot milk or with water. Avoid junk food, oily, extra spicy food, alcohol, tobacco, tension and anxiety. Start doing yoga. Pranayam, meditation, Vajroli mudra, Ashwini mudra, kegel exercise for at least 1 hour a day. Start taking hot milk twice a day also 2 to 3 dates in the morning and in the night with the milk. DO all this for 3 months and see the results. If you don't get satisfactory results then please go to your family doctor or to a good sexologist. You can also contact me on my private chat or directly in my clinic. We can even send you the medicines by courier. Website: www.kayakalpinternational.com

Dear Patient, Discharge of semen before entering the female private part / soon after penetration / in less than 2 minutes / before the satisfaction of the partner during the sexual intercourse is called as Premature Ejaculation.  As usual, we have seen ample number of patients who have been 'Consulting'  Google or YouTube videos or 'Pharmacy Guy' or Gym Trainers/ so called Friend who in order to create Life Changing Experience and to become a God Father give 'Ram Baan' Treatment that Definitely Cures PE (Without Knowing the Actual Underlying Cause of PE).  Several Ayurvedic And Other Medicines are being ABUSED because of this. Many of them  are ADULTERATED with Modern Medicine (Generally referred as Allopathic medicine as they have comparatively Quick Response). Due to this, the Problem of PE Aggravates/ Increases and the patient is left with More Frustration and Disappoint on the Side. Just to mention, Treatment of Premature Ejaculation is a very complicated and complex procedure which requires proper understanding of the condition, the causative factors involved and definitely a good combination of medication. Failing to understand this will only lead to more complication and more distance to travel for complete cure. Now,  after so many things which one can never imagine, you'll think like is it really Curable??? The Answer is YES... In most of the cases PE is completely Curable. And with Curable we don't mean Do Kegel Exercises, pause-squeeze technique, SURGERY for Premature Ejaculation and all . . . By Now, we all know that most of you have already Tried it. It does have results but not to a great extent. Just like many home remedies, which again, has results but with little satisfaction which adds few more Seconds to your current state. There are many medicines which shows Great and Promising Results but the effects are Temporary (Till the time you are taking medicines and or applying Gel/ Spray it's fine but reappear as soon as you leave the treatment). NOTE: Many Medicines which are suggested for Premature Ejaculation have side effects like : Decreased sexual ability (ErectileDysfunction), changes in desire, unusual weight loss, vomiting etc. You can yourself check it out and make some appropriate use of GOOGLE.  Now, the Question Arises which Treatment Modality to choose and why . . . ??? And The Answer is Ayurveda . . . Why Choose Ayurveda For Your Sexual Problems ???  A Point Worth Nothing : Sexual Diseases were there before the word SEXOLOGIST or any degree came into existence . . . They (People/ Patients) were treated before too and YES, SCIENTIFICALLY  . . . Ayurveda is a science well proven & established over a thousands of years and period of time . . . And its a known fact to all that people in early ages of time were MORE FERTILE and REPRODUCTIVELY ACTIVE than people of today's era . . .Ayurveda has been treating all disorders since begining of human civilization .  .  .  Question :  But You Said Even Ayurvedic Medicines Can Cause Problems and They Can Be Adulterated Too . . . Answer : Yes, they can and will cause problems but only if given improperly. Without proper knowledge and understanding they will exhibit the same LIFE CHANGING experience (Of course, in a Wrong and Unwanted Way). This is one of the main reason we suggest you to consult an Qualified Ayurvedic Sexologist in Person who has Actually 'Treated' and 'CURED' patients of Premature Ejaculation . . .  Unplanned or ill planned ayurvedic treatment may have same fruitless effects which you always wanted to avoid. In worst case scenario, wrong combination of even ayurvedic medicines may have opposite effect. Ayurveda is a vast science, it can give excellent results when given properly but if taken wrongly / in an unplanned manner, it may cause unwanted effects. Pun intended but with all due respect 😊 Please visit this link for further information on Premature Ejaculation and if you are reading this answer during pandemic then consult us online: https://sidriinternational.com/best-doctor-for-premature-ejaculation/

Early discharge is not self-explanatory. First of all it should be understood whether is it real premature ejaculation or not. Secondly, any deranged value of investigated blood must be related to a disease only when the diagnosis is established. Nobody knows why did you test cholesterol.
Next Steps
Elaborate complete history.
Health Tips
Try to find out the cause of early discharge, it many a times helps to solve the problem on your own.
