Sir I have left side ear hearing lightly and left side jowl pain and some times vertigo problem what happened sir pls suggest me

Hi I think u have impacted wax in your ear and that is causing you pain on moving jaw and vertigo... Visit an ENT SPECIALIST doctor and get yourself examined thoroughly and start proper treatment accordingly. Regards
