Hello, Ringing or buzzing noise in one or both ears can be defined as tinnitus. We have found out that those who suffer from frequent cold, having nosal flesh increase, the one who has dental problems, or person facing tonsils, or vertigo  headache or feels giddiness may face with tinnitus in their life.

As a prevention I will suggest you to : Avoid using cotton buds because these can cause infection Don't stand by the speakers Keep safe level of personal listening If you listen to music through earphones, make sure you set the level to safe.
